2. What data we collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials (or your Google OAuth token if you use Google Sign-In).

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the platform — searches you create, listings you save, features you interact with, and pages you visit. This data is used to improve the product and personalise your experience.

Search preferences: AutoRadar search criteria, AI Finder preferences, and StyleMatch selections are stored to power your alerts and recommendations.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and session data collected automatically for security and performance purposes.

Communications: If you contact support or join the waitlist, we store the content of your message and your email address.

To provide and improve the Getreeba service
To send alert notifications and email digests based on your AutoRadar preferences
To personalise AI recommendations
To manage your subscription and billing
To respond to support requests
To analyse product usage via PostHog analytics (self-hosted, GDPR-compliant)

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver the service you signed up for.

Legitimate interests: Analytics, security monitoring, and product improvement.

Consent: Marketing communications, where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Legal obligation: Tax records, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable law.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records retained for 7 years). Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Resend — transactional email delivery
PostHog — product analytics (self-hosted)
Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and data storage, under appropriate data processing agreements
Legal authorities — where required by law
